Alex & Joyce | Sunset Engagement Session at St. Pete Beach, FL

I met up with Alex and Joyce at St. Pete Beach for their engagement session, and honestly, it couldn’t have been a more perfect evening. The weather was warm with a light breeze, and the beach had that calm, peaceful vibe that makes golden hour here feel like magic.

From the start, these two were so easy to be around—super laid-back and clearly crazy about each other. We started with a slow walk down the shoreline, just letting them be themselves while I captured the in-between moments. There was a lot of laughter, a few stolen kisses, and that kind of quiet connection where you can tell they just get each other.

As the sun started to dip, the sky lit up in soft pinks and oranges—classic St. Pete beauty. Joyce kicked off her shoes and ran into the water while Alex chased after her, and it turned into one of those spontaneous moments that ended up being one of my favorite shots of the whole session.

These two have such a natural, easy love—it was a joy to capture.
